How Do I Start?

• Download an Admissions Package here
  
  or Request an Admissions Package by calling (336-286-7622).
   
• Complete Admissions package and mail to:
    Freedom House
    P O Box 38215
    Greensboro, NC 27438
   
• Call Freedom House to verify receipt of package (336-286-7622), and call back once a week in order to keep your name on the waiting list.
   
• Freedom House staff will schedule an interview with you upon receiving all forms back. A decision will be made within seven days of receiving the complete admissions package.
   
• Results from any of the required mental or medical examinations will only be valid for 60 days from the date of completion. Should your wait last longer than 60 days, you may be asked to retake all exams.
